Change Happens!

How I Can Help

Maybe you’re thinking of a career change. Or how you can level up at your current job. Maybe you’re trying to navigate changes in several areas of your life. Working with an executive coach is a very effective way to focus on what might be holding you back — and then helping you to become your best self, both in and out of the workplace.

Here is what others have said about working with me.

Hi, I’m Patty!

I help organizations and people be their best selves.

I’m an executive coach who specializes in using positive psychology to help organizations — and the people who work at them — thrive.

I’ve been working for progressive causes for much of my life, from high school antiapartheid protests to immigration and civil rights advocacy and strategy. My own journey facing anxiety and burnout means I intimately understand the struggles and challenges people at nonprofits face. Becoming a coach helped me overcome these challenges. I want to help you overcome yours.

is Coaching for me?

Do you ask yourself questions like these?

  • What do I want my job to be?

  • Can I make my work life and goals realign, or do I need a different job?

  • How can I set healthy boundaries and have courageous conversations with my loved ones?

  • What is my purpose?

  • Why do I so often feel like I’m not enough?

  • How can I maintain my sanity at work when I constantly feel the need to be guarded?

  • How do I deal with “imposter syndrome” or other issues of identity at my workplace?

Coaching is ultimately about helping you live a healthier, more positive life. Think of it like having a personal trainer, except what we’re working on are your thoughts, your feelings, and new possibilities for your life
